**Career Opportunity: Technical Instructor - Tenth Revolution Group

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality training and development programs? Do you have experience in IT training and development? The Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Technical Instructor to join its team.

As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training on various IT systems across our UK sites. Your key duties will include developing and delivering training programs on all applications used across the group, providing feedback on training interventions, and creating and documenting course materials.

**Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience of delivering training, preferably within a healthcare environment. An understanding of various delivery methods in IT training and development, as well as experience in creating instructional videos, is also essential. Although not essential, TAP or TPMA certifications are advantageous. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £34,600 per annum, including a car allowance of £2,600. Other benefits include 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, wellbeing support, career development and training opportunities, pension contribution, life assurance, and an enhanced maternity package.
