Care Assistant Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at The Beeches, a respected care home in East Harling.
About the Position:
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Duties:
- Providing personal care assistance, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as eating and mobility.
- Encouraging participation in activities and promoting social interaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns.
Essential Requirements:
- Caring attitude and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Previous experience in care or a related field (preferred).
Salary Details: £12.90 per hour, paid weekly (£25,080 - £30,480 per annum based on 35-40 hours per week).
