We are seeking a Production Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team of Multi-Skilled Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that's committed to innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Engineer in the Food Manufacturing, Beverage, or FMCG sectors and a strong foundation in both Electrical and Mechanical engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive engineering support across the site
  • Responding promptly to breakdowns and applying electrical and mechanical expertise to resolve issues quickly
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Getting involved in small engineering projects to contribute to continuous improvement

The company offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum and a continental shift pattern, including both days and nights.
