About Active SEN:

We cater to students aged 3-11 years with SEN needs, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.

As an unqualified SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience of our students.

Key responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning, implementing strategies to meet individual learning needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team will be crucial in delivering effective support to our students.

You will be required to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

We are committed to ongoing professional development and encourage our staff to participate in relevant training sessions.

Location: Reigate, Surrey

Estimated Salary: £84,480 - £110,400 per annum (£80 - £100 per day, dependent on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Implement strategies to meet individual learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver effective support
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
