We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious Country Dining Pub & Restaurant. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for the bar, restaurant, and small celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management duties.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage and motivate junior chefs to achieve high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, using fresh, local, and seasonal produce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen, ideally with AA rosette level or higher.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
