- Coach customers to achieve their skin goals through personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and expert advice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and key strategic goals through effective coaching and mentorship.
- Participate in product inventory tasks and support the management team as needed.
- Contribute to the Kiehl's Gives Mission by supporting local and global partners in their charitable initiatives.
- Receive comprehensive training with the Education Team, Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers to ensure success in the role.
- Access the Kiehl's Education Learning Journal with modules on Retail Skills and Skin Care.
- Participate in a full training induction at our head office in London to further develop skills.
