Akari Care, a leading provider of personalized nursing and residential care in England and Wales, is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour, rising to £13.27 per hour depending on qualifications.
About the RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting junior colleagues. You will work closely with the care team to create a warm and inclusive environment within the care home.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals and families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting resident-centered care and excellence in customer service.
- A competitive hourly rate, rising to £13.27 per hour depending on qualifications.
- Employer pension contribution of 3%.
- Uniform provided and DBS check costs paid.
- 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays).
