Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents at Akari Care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
About the RoleYou will work closely with care assistants to observe, review, and finalise care planning needs. This involves assisting with social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues. We strive to provide a warm and inclusive community within our care homes, where residents feel valued and respected.
The salary for this role starts at £12.52 per hour, rising to £13.27 per hour based on qualifications. We also offer additional benefits, including employer pension contribution of 3% and access to a money management app called Wagestream.
