Job Overview

Holt Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join their team in Poole. This role involves providing support to the HR department, ensuring accurate records and adherence to legislation.

Salary

The successful candidate will be offered up to £27,000 per annum, paid pro-rata for 22.5 hours worked per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to emails related to HR matters
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising and interviewing candidates
  • Take minutes in important meetings and maintain accurate records
  • Cover the HR Advisor when needed, providing support to employees and management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment, preferably in HR or a similar field
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and current UK employment law is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexibly, with varying start and finish times
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and numeracy and literacy skills
