Garden Design Team Coordinator

Lavender Jones Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our client's dynamic garden design team in West London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, onsite teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Initial point of contact for clients, new business, onsite teams, and general enquiries
- Troubleshoot issues from onsite teams and clients
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Optimize the company's schedule using the CRM programme
- Schedule new maintenance contracts and process future onsite actions
- Manage company devices, departmental meetings, and onboarding of new staff
- Coordinate team rota, labour requirements, and temporary staff
- Support onsite team management, appearance, and company standards
- Assist with health and safety initiatives and work with the Head of Operations and Head of People to enhance product delivery and team satisfaction
- Perform general administrative tasks
