About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our Company Secretarial Team at Aldermore Bank. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining records
- Assist with correspondence, including responding to emails and preparing letters
- Support the team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
