The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our Company Secretarial Team at Aldermore Bank.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Company Secretarial Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Team, including preparing and maintaining records, documents, and reports.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
