The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our Company Secretarial Team at Aldermore Bank.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Company Secretarial Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Team, including preparing and maintaining company records and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including company law and data protection.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Board, senior management, and other departments.
