About the Role:

This role involves driving sales excellence across our global operations. As a Global Sales Excellence Professional, you will work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics. Your primary focus will be on securing quality meetings, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and refining lead-nurturing sequences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet KPIs by securing quality meetings for our Sales teams worldwide, ensuring smooth meeting handovers.
  2. Manage data integrity by maintaining clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to develop effective lead-nurturing sequences.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in customer-facing lead generation or junior sales roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, marketing automation platforms, and digital sales tools.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales pipeline building principles.
  • Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital touchpoints.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits such as:
