Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Kingdom People. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and lapse clients, promoting and selling our products to businesses in the UK, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products to businesses in the UK.
* Build an online profile to seek further growth and potential referrals.
* Source new potential customers from referrals from existing customer base.
* Have an awareness of monthly team targets and how your individual performance contributes to the achievement of this.
* Work closely with the Sales Team to support the relevant post-sale processes.
* Handle any customer questions or queries they may have.
* Advise the customer of other opportunities within the group which could be beneficial to the customer.
* Communicate effectively with finance to ensure customers have the correct credit limits and try to negate any missed payment issues we may be faced with.
* Maintain high standards of personal conduct at all times.
* Work well independently and have a positive impact when working as part of a team.
