Job Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: Up to £26,000
Location: Halifax
Our client, a dynamic and growing business, is seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and lapsed clients, ensuring their retention and offering additional services from the group.
As part of a high-performing team, you will be expected to:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products to businesses in the UK.
- Develop an online presence to drive further growth and potential referrals.
- Source new potential customers from referrals within the existing customer base.
- Stay aware of monthly team targets and understand how your individual performance contributes to their achievement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support post-sale processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Inform customers of other opportunities within the group that could benefit them.
- Communicate effectively with finance to ensure customers have the correct credit limits and mitigate missed payment issues.
- Understand credit limits and advise customers accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of personal conduct at all times.
- Work independently and contribute positively to the team.
- This list of duties is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned by your line manager.
