About the Role

Talent is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, understanding their strategic priorities and information needs.
  • Proactive Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities where Business Intelligence can add value and drive business performance.
  • BI Development & Implementation: Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Business Intelligence strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, data analysis, or similar role, demonstrating excellent stakeholder relationship management, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Consultancy experience working on change management and process mapping.
  • Proficient in Excel, and experience using Power Query to access real-time data.
  • Proficiency in relevant Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SSRS) and SQL.
  • Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of Tableau and Databricks, along with related technologies for data processing, visualization, and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
