Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence Specialist with 3-7 years of experience to support the development and execution of strategic projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and help build the foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth in day-to-day strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making and develop actionable insights.
  • Create and update company materials, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, buyer personas, and competitor analysis.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and website updates.
Required Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or operations role, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or tech industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, and creating actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing strategic materials such as pitch decks, sales toolkits, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software is preferred.
