About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team at With Intelligence. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather and Document Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, ensuring that requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
  2. Analyze Data and Provide Insights: Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure that business requirements are met and that solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  4. Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  2. Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  3. Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
  4. Familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
  5. Experience with Salesforce would be helpful.
  6. Knowledge of business process improvement techniques.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
