HSE Project Design Professional Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled HSE Project Design Professional to join our team at EarthStream Global. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Director and QHSE Project Manager to ensure compliance with UK CDM regulation and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design risk management principles, safety by design, and experience working with wind farm projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, auditing design risk documentation, and collaborating with designers to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a project-specific Design Risk Management Plan detailing deliverables according to stage gate requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure effective collaboration and identify key interfaces on HSE Design.
  • Contribute to the content of the project H&S File.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of design risk management principles and safety by design.
  • Experience working with wind farm projects and international standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs.
