Financial Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Doosan Bobcat EMEA. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting the financials of our businesses in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Provide and interpret financial information to support business decision-making.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to minimize financial risk.
- Financial Planning: Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes.
- Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Tax Compliance: Review and approve sales in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise staff and assist the Group Financial Controller with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial management.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Navision and Key is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, with knowledge of Pivot tables, Macros, and formulas.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work in a complex, demanding environment.
