**Financial Operations Manager**

As a Financial Manager at Bobcat EMEA, you will play a critical role in consolidating, analyzing, and reporting the financials of our businesses in the EMEA region. Your expertise will be essential in providing and interpreting financial information, developing and maintaining internal control mechanisms, and managing monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide and interpret financial information to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to minimize financial risk
  • Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes
  • Manage purchase ledger and credit control
  • Review and approve sales in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments
  • Responsible for Tax reporting and the annual audit
  • Ensure the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
  • Develop relationships with external contacts, such as auditors, solicitors, banks, and HM Revenue & Customs
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support
  • Assist the Group Financial Controller with other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Navision and Key is desirable
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, with knowledge of Pivot tables, Macros, and formulas
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work in a complex, demanding environment
