Job Description

Our client, a leading international business, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to support the Financial Controller of a 50 million turnover enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to minimize financial risk.
  • Ensure accuracy of high-volume purchase and sales ledger function.
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Regular cash flow forecasting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Develop relationships with external contacts, including auditors, solicitors, banks, and HMRC.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • ERP experience.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) (Ideal).

Benefits:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus % annual.
  • Hybrid working days.
  • Annual leave.
