Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide and interpret financial information to support business decisions.
- Internal Control and Risk Management: Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to minimize financial risk.
- Financial Reporting and Budgeting: Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business meets its financial obligations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Statutory Accounting: Ensure the business meets all statutory accounting requirements.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities to improve profitability.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts, including auditors, solicitors, and HM Revenue & Customs.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Management: Supervise and support a team of finance professionals.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Navision and Key is desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
