Sales Leadership and Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Team Director to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our company's growth and success. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets.
You will also be responsible for managing the sales process, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM database management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing health-tech business and make a significant impact on our sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the business
- Manage the sales process, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM database management
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute business strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership and SaaS sales
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
