Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-10 staff, including hire controllers, fitters, and drivers, to achieve business objectives.
- Grow and develop customer accounts, increasing turnover and driving revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures.
- Mentor staff, conducting appraisals and salary reviews in conjunction with the HR Department.
- Drive business growth, ensuring the depot achieves flagship status.
- Run the rental business operationally, managing profit and loss, assets, motivation, and staff mentoring.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Depot Manager, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or Senior Manager in the construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
