Residential Sales Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our Estate Agency team in Rushden.
The successful candidate will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients
- Building relationships with existing and new clients through face-to-face and phone interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Experience in estate agency, including listing, valuing, and sales negotiation
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
- Full UK driving license
