Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our vibrant team in Leicester. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints over the phone to an exceptionally high standard.

Job Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve insurance claims or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a great experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience of investigating and resolving insurance claims or complaints over the phone, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits
  • £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Up to 5% annual discretionary bonus.
