We are looking for an experienced Pensions and Employment Attorney to join our team at Sintons Law in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a leading full-service law firm, we deliver high-quality partner-led advice with exceptional personal service to clients across the UK and beyond.

The estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves:

  • Providing expert advice on employment law and pensions matters, including contract review, employee handbooks, and pension scheme administration.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and unlawful deductions from wages.
  • Preparing client defences, responding to schedules of loss, and providing witness evidence.
  • Negotiating and implementing settlements and inter-party correspondence.
