We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in the North region.

About the Role:

  • You will provide professional leadership for nursing and care services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Group Head of Nursing to implement the Nursing and Care Strategy, focusing on Physical Health and IPC.
  • Support site teams in developing their skills and competencies, promoting excellence in care delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the Physical Health Group and Infection Control Committee, to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging colleagues to participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to policy development, reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures as needed.
  • Advise on patient safety issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Current NMC Pin Registration).
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • Evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and the Patient and Carer Experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues.
  • Training and coaching skills to enable colleagues to provide high-quality care.
