Seeking an ambitious Senior Clinical Director to lead our specialist healthcare service in North London, driving clinical excellence and strategic growth. As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care, foster strong relationships, and inspire a talented team.

We partner with NHS continuing healthcare teams to provide specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes, striving to deliver highly specialised, outcome-based care packages that enable clients to receive complex healthcare at home. Our commitment to maintaining high Care Quality Commission standards positions us as a preferred provider for homecare clients requiring complex health interventions.

About the Position:
  • Direct and guide a team of Nurse Case Managers to achieve exceptional service delivery and growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE COMMISSIONERS TO SECURE FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
  • Support Nurse Case Managers and carers to deliver outstanding client care
  • Evaluate client care to ensure optimal outcomes and ongoing improvement
  • OVERSEE COMPLAINTS, INCIDENTS, AND SAFEGUARDING PROCEDURES TO ENSURE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
  • Participate in a managers on-call rota to guarantee 24/7 support and emergency response
  • Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures to ensure quality care
