About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day processing of client portfolios.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our corporate clients, achieving accuracy and compliance with service standards in accordance with clients' KPIs. You will engage with external stakeholders, including clients, custodians, consultants, potential clients, third parties, regulators, and non-executive directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimise errors through processing and quality actions
  • Delivery of KPI/KRI's related to customer contractual terms, taking action to prevent failure through quality processing
  • Support and contribute to the delivery of the Operational Transformation Programme (or any other continuous improvement programme), ensuring milestone completion for the team
  • Complete personal risk management, covering Control Attestation, Risk Event and Breach Reporting, ensure accurate and timely reporting, with focus on quality and prevention
  • Ensure adherence to operational controls, reducing errors and mitigating potential fraud
  • Support quality of processing for handling client assets and client money within the role
  • Ensure compliance with all mandatory training is completed in a timely fashion
