About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Professional to join our Wealth Management division, Cazenove Capital. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior portfolio managers in managing clients' portfolios, ensuring alignment with their investment objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in planning and attending client meetings, preparing necessary materials and reports.
  • Manage the account opening process for new clients and additional portfolios for existing clients.
  • Participate in external fund manager meetings and internal investment discussions to share market insights and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior portfolio managers on investment recommendations and implement changes as approved.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, assessing suitability and performance, and prepare investment proposals.
  • Execute trades in client portfolios according to instructions and investment guidelines.
  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently, including reviewing transaction statements and monitoring outstanding deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and portfolio activity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A keen interest in the wealth management industry and global financial markets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
