We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Fund Portfolio Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen and grow our community funds practice and impact in south and south-west Scotland.
This role focuses on managing a regional team and working alongside communities to design and implement diverse community benefit arrangements of varying values and scales. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of work to achieve maximum impact and value for local communities
- Facilitating collaboration between developers, transmission owners, local authorities, and communities to ensure effective communication and decision-making
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a relevant Third Sector grants management role, with a strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, and information security. They will also possess demonstrable competency in planning and a working knowledge of IT and comms systems, including Salesforce and MS 365.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave plus 11 public holidays, pension scheme (employer contribution of up to 6%), and death in service at 1 x salary.
