Job Title: Finance and Administration Specialist

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our hotel's finance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering all aspects involved in the role, including daily banking, AR ledger management, guest ledger and voucher account control, filing, data entry, and paperwork.

The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exemplary customer service and administration background essential and financial background desirable. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Daily banking
  • AR ledger management
  • Guest ledger and voucher account control
  • Filing, data entry, typing, and assisting with the management of communications
  • Paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organisation
  • Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
  • Assist Line Manager to liaise with external agencies regarding administration matters
  • Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis as agreed
  • Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager in achieving agreed team targets
  • Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
  • Report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
  • Train in the best way to meet targets and contribute to those of the team
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers, and clients/customers
  • Maintain daily reconciliation of payments, resolving discrepancies and working alongside central finance function
  • Assist in the housekeeping of the procurement system and processing of invoices
  • Assist in the debt recovery of the in-house ledger and deal with customer queries and requests
