We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Management and Customer Support Specialist. This is a 12-month contract role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate databases containing member information. They will also provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and other channels.
In addition, they will undertake desk research projects to support the team's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience and be confident handling high volumes of data.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus excellent training and development opportunities. You will also benefit from working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
