Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team at Strive Supply Chain LLP. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and securing new business sales to support our ambitious industrial growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation, exhibitions, and new business opportunities identification through the enquiry stage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop new leads and follow up on initial phone conversations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Telesales with a strong understanding of sales forecasting and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
