Early Years Foundation Stage Assistant

North East Ambition is seeking a skilled teaching assistant to support the learning and development of our youngest learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
This is a part-time, fixed-term position until October 2025, with 9 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday) and possibilities of additional hours.
The salary for this role is competitive and reflects the skills and experience of our staff.
We value the development of all our staff and offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure you feel supported in your role.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with experienced teachers to support the learning and development of our pupils.
- Assist with planning and preparing teaching materials.
- Provide individual support to pupils as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have some prior experience in schools, hold a relevant TA qualification, and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
