Supportive Education Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team at North East Ambition schools. As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced teachers and support the learning and development of our youngest learners.
The role is part-time, fixed-term until October 2025, with 9 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday) and possibilities of additional hours. The salary for this position is estimated to be in line with other teaching assistant roles in similar locations, reflecting the skills and experience of our staff. We value the development of all our staff and offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure you feel supported in your role.
This role offers a welcoming school environment, an enriching curriculum that promotes active, lifelong learning, and a strong focus on wellbeing and supporting the emotional needs of our pupils. Our ideal candidate will have some prior experience in schools, hold a relevant TA qualification, and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
