About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional HLTA to join our team at Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students.

As an HLTA, you will work closely with our Headteacher and Governing body to deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, leading groups, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to maintain high standards of behavior and support the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
