Job Title: Master Craftsman - Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced First Fix Joiner to join our team. As a Master Craftsman, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of construction projects, responsible for the installation of structural elements such as stud walls, floor joists, and roof trusses. Your expertise will ensure that the foundation of each project is solid and built to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber and other materials
• Installing structural components including stud walls, floor joists, roof trusses, and door frames
• Ensuring project deadlines and budget constraints are met
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborating with other tradespeople and construction professionals

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a First Fix Joiner or similar role
• CSCS Card
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent carpentry skills with attention to detail and precision
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
