About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Child Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced educators to deliver high-quality care and early education to our children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles, as well as a passion for early years education. A qualified Early Years Teacher or equivalent qualification would be desirable but not essential. What's most important is that you share our vision of delivering outstanding results and outcomes for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the education and development of your key children, providing opportunities for learning through exciting play that sparks curiosity
  • Work closely with our experienced educators to deliver high-quality care and early education to our children
  • Contribute to the development of our Little Pioneers' unique values and approach to early years education
