Education Support Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and proactive Education Support Specialist to work with a provision in the South of Bristol. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a life-changing difference in a student's education.
The ideal candidate will be confident and proactive in working with challenging behaviour, possessing de-escalation qualities. A good sense of humour and flexibility in challenging situations are essential.
The role involves supporting students with small class sizes of 4 pupils, creating strong relationships and helping them achieve their GCSEs. The successful candidate will have the drive to make a difference in a child's education and confidence.
This full-time position is available from January, term time only, with flexible work available to create a healthy work-life balance. The salary is £84/day paid weekly, with accessible travel routes and parking facilities.
Requirements include being open-minded and understanding of individual situations. The role is available now, and all applicants must meet the necessary qualifications and training for this position.
