We are seeking an experienced Early Years Education Specialist to join our team of dedicated staff members who work collaboratively to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, promoting exploration and discovery.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support individual needs.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a strong sense of community and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with early years children, preferably within a primary school setting.
  • Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check. We offer a competitive salary range of £29,344 - £44,919, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the future of our young students.
