Job Description
This EYFS Education Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate teacher to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
- Create a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas for development and implementing tailored support strategies.
- BUILD strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience working with early years students, preferably in a primary school context.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,344 - £44,919.
