Therapist for Children and Young People

Clinical, Counselling, Educational and Forensic Psychologists with HCPC registration and experience working with Looked After Children (LAC) or Children in Care (CIC) residential services are required to provide therapeutic practice in children's homes across Salisbury. The post holder will work with young people displaying complex emotional and behavioural needs and may exhibit challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation, assessment, formulation, and therapy planning, including direct work with young people.
Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance of up to £3000 for full-time applicants.
Requirements:
A car owner/driver is mandatory due to the nature of the role. Experience working in trauma-informed services or forensic settings is also preferred.
