Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Children and Young People Services Director to join our team. As a Children and Young People Services Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development, undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, and achieving compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and ensuring high standards of care and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People’s Services
  • Experience and confidence to work with clinical and education teams
