Dedicated Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Young People Support Professional to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people with their daily routines, including getting ready for school and preparing meals.
  • Creating a safe and welcoming environment for young people to relax and engage in activities.
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide individualised support and guidance.

Requirements

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce.
  • Recent experience working in a residential care setting as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker.
  • A full UK driving licence.
