About the Role
  • As a Business Development Executive, you will identify, onboard, and nurture new clients, building strong relationships across your market.
  • You will use a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Managing a high-performing sales pipeline and ensuring seamless client handovers to the account development team is also a key part of this role.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to exceed customer expectations is essential.
  • Attending industry events to network and expand market knowledge is also an important aspect of this job.
Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Managing a high-performing sales pipeline and ensuring seamless client handovers to the account development team.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to expand market knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech or IoT.
  • Proven success in achieving targets and onboarding high-value clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
