About The Role
As a Care Specialist at Orbis Education and Care Careers, you will be working in a supportive and caring environment to ensure the physical and emotional needs of our individuals are met.

Our team takes a person-centered approach to everything we do, focusing on personal strengths, interests, and aspirations to empower our individuals to enjoy a life that is active, socially valued and fulfilling.

Located in a small friendly village, our home provides a spacious environment for up to 4 adults from age 18.

A day in the life of working with us includes:
1. Ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our individuals are met through a supportive and caring environment.
2. Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
3. Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
5. Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
6. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
